Kannon Boxing and Fitness Club provides Boxing Classes, Personal Training, Youth Boxing, Weight Loss Program, Strength Conditioning, Nutrition Coaching, Boxing Gym, Fitness Club and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Kannon Boxing and Fitness Club and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Kannon Boxing and Fitness Club arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Kannon Boxing and Fitness Club against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
